Creates new project

https://{subdomain}.ingenious.build/api/v2/pub/projects

Creates new project with provided data and returns its global id. If status of the project is External Pending then all the required fields can be ignored, otherwise they are required. A newer version of this endpoint is available: v3 (POST /api/v3/pub/projects), which always requires all normally-required fields regardless of status.

This is the anticipated or expected project start date. This date is the initial placeholder and can be updated and modified in the Schedule Module

project_completion_date

This is the anticipated or expected project finish date. This date is the initial placeholder and can be updated and modified in the Schedule Module

project_phase_id

client_accounting_company_id
